By participating in the contest, participants accept the conditions of the contest as described in these rules. Any violation or breach of these rules and conditions or of the procedures or systems established by Odiseo for the conduct of this Contest will result in immediate cancellation of participation in the contest.

1. Acceptance of the bases:
People who participate in this contest "I'm F**king Luckyes Limited Edition T-shirt Giveaway" by their sole participation, fully accept each and every one of the provisions described in these rules. Participating in this contest does not imply any commitment to purchase any of our products.
2. Purpose of the contest:

3. Participants.
People residing in Spain over 18 years of age may participate in the contest.
4. Validity of the contest:
The period for participation in the contest will begin on Friday, 25-06-2021 and will end on 25-07-2021 at 17:00 (Peninsular time), the closing date and time.
The results of the Contest will be announced on the (RRSS) page on 25-07-2021 and the collection will be carried out at Odiseo by presenting the DNI, within a maximum period of 1 month from the date of resolution of the draw, due to the exclusivity of the article.
5. Contest mechanics:
To participate in the Contest, those interested must comment on the publication in which the contest is announced and mention a friend. The winner will be drawn live through the application of Simpliers or similar.
6. The prize.
The prize consists of: 3 winners will be lucky enough to own two limited edition t-shirts each. Only 6 will be released on the market and the only way to get them is through this giveaway.
7. Celebration of the draw, choosing the winners.
The draw will be held on July 25, 2021.
The comment that appears randomly in Simpliers and meets the requirements of following Odiseo's account, mentioning a person and having given a “like” to the publication, will be the winner of the contest, this will be done on 3 occasions to select 3 winners.
Odiseo will notify the winners of the results of the draw within 24 hours. This notification will be made via private message on Instagram or through the email address provided by the winner via direct message. The name of the winner will then be published on Instagram.
The winner, within 24 hours of receiving the private message mentioned in the previous paragraph, must communicate a full name, ID and contact telephone number.
If we do not receive a response from the winner or it is not possible to contact him/her within the 24-hour period, Odiseo reserves the right to declare the prize void or choose a second winner in the second round.
If for any reason beyond the control of the (company) one or more of the winners cannot be located, through the contact information provided by the winner themselves, or due to the absence of the recipient or rejection of the shipment within a period of one month, It will be understood that he renounces the prize and will lose his right to claim it.
